May 22 and 29 2002 Legislative Report - The report focuses on various issues involving tort reform and includes excerpts of a legislative breakfast held in Willow Grove on April 26, during which medical and business professionals discussed the advantages and disadvantages of changing the tort system in Pennsylvania.
