 Financial Aid Hanbook Available from Bard

    Students and families interested in learning more about financial aid will find a booklet published by the Pa Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) very useful, said Rep. Ellen M. Bard.

"Moving On To Higher Education" is especially designed for those applying for college for the first time.  It can be a helpful tool in understanding financial aid options for postsecondary education and how to apply for them. 

   Free copies of the booklet are offered at Pennsylvania's High Schools and at Bard's office.
