The Keystone PLUS Loan Program

PHEAA recently announced that the Agency is now providing a low cost version of the Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students  (PLUS) which has significant cost savings advantages for parents of undergraduate students and makes loan borrowing easier & more affordable.

   There is a 1% rebate offered after 24 months of on-time payments and an additional 1% after the next 24 months. Rates, which may be variable, cannot exceed 9% annually and may be tax deductible.
