    Rich Montalbano, vice president of Abington Memorial Hospital, accepted an $8,500 Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development grant from state Representative Ellen M. Bard.  The grant was earmarked for the hospital's Domestic Violence Intervention Program and will be used to set up an updated, easy-access client retrieval system for the Medical Advocacy Project of Abington Memorial Hospital and the Women's Center of Montgomery County.
