Rep. Ellen Bard visited Overlook Elementary to lead a project to send

Rep. Ellen M. Bard (R-Montgomery) recently hosted a legislative breakfast for
local business leaders. The event focused on the rising cost of health
care insurance for small businesses and the impact of using demographics
instead of a community rating pricing system. The breakfast was cosponsored
