Bard Introduces Older Pennsylvanians Homestead Exclusion Act
Filing Taxes by Telephone or Electronically
Rep. Bard Introduces Bill Expanding Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program  
and sponsors Legislation to amend  another Bill to expand it also
and makes note of the fact that the deadline for the Property Tax /Rent Rebate has been extended to 12/31/01.
